In a recent survey of 300 members, we were delighted that 97% stated they would recommend membership to others.

The benefits which managers said they found to be most useful were:

• the social care manager’s handbook which all new members receive
• the exclusive resources provided each year upon renewal of membership
• regularly updated resources on the membership portal.

Discussing their reasons for initially deciding to become a member, the most common motivations were:

• gaining access to advice and guidance

• being part of a membership body that increases the professional recognition of registered managers.

Registered managers play a key role in social care, and we’re very pleased to be able to provide the support and recognition which managers need and deserve in their roles, through our membership offer.
